Standard delivery: 1–3 business days (free).
Express delivery within Dubai: Delivered within 24 hours if ordered before 2 PM — AED 40.

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment on aramex.com or via the Aramex app.

You may return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of purchase. Conditions:
The item must be unworn, in original condition with tags.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:
Card payments: refunded to the same card within 7–14 business days.
Cash payments: refunded in cash or store credit.
Exchanges are possible if an item is available.
Online purchases can be returned via the AMIDA office in Dubai or through a courier service.
